Thank you for the kind words you said, some time ago. For caring the way that you do, somewhere beyond the surface. You don't know that I know and you probably won't read this but thank you for being that older brother figure.. even though I'm older than you anyway. :P

Thank you for making me stronger. You came into my life and then you left, and now I couldn't be happier. Thank you for helping me to see that you're not the one for me, that there really is someone out there who cares in that one way you never did. Someone to love; to love and be loved. Thank you for making me the person I am today.

Thank you for being patient with me. For being understanding, for never losing your cool and tearing me apart when I knew at times that I deserved it. I'm sorry for all of the things I've done, for knowing that I was in the wrong and you would get hurt. For being selfish and never thinking about it from your perspective. About how you would feel. And now I know how it feels. Now I see it from your eyes, and for that understanding you have given me, thank you. For helping me to see that these things just have to be pushed aside. Because in the end you have to trust that he would never do anything to hurt you. Thank you.
